I just finished doing a guest segment on WVON 1690 AM, the third largest radio market in Chicago. The hosts were so knowledgeable about business and asked just the right questions about what makes an entrepreneur mom UnBusy. My Maya has a birthday party to attend so it’s going to be all bows, ribbons, and balloons (and cake for me) for the rest of the afternoon. Well, not too much cake…swimsuit season is right around the corner…

Fridays are the beginning of the weekend, a time I spend my with my husband and daughter relaxing, laughing, eating fun foods, and enjoying life. Nobody in my house is allowed to stress out on the weekends at all! Funnel cake is considered a vegetable; all of the week’s rules go out of the window.
Take time this weekend to reconnect with your family, your friends, and yourself. We make life much harder than it truly has to be. Enjoy.
